River waterfront - is it good spot?

I have house close to Parramata river. Just overlooking river. Do you think price will go up as it's close to water? Even it's on river? It's good size block

I think riverfront is still waterfront, so it should be good

Still you better ask some agent in area or check online

There is a lot of new developments close to rivers. Specially big ones with lot of units or townhouses. yes, i think waterfront is always good, no matter river or ocean
