Hervey Bay is good value currently. Long term viability with Baby Boomers retiring north and tourism - Fraser Island. My pick is Brisbane for big rebound, especially near the 'Gabba with new transport infrastructure. Also Logan Shire and Beenleigh area for value buying - midway between Gold Coast and Capital City.
